FAQs
How do we book you in?
Send me an email through my contact form, which you can find here. We can arrange a time to meet and chat. If we’re a good fit, you can pay a 10% deposit and book in your date! Exciting!
How much does a ceremony cost?
There’s lots of meetings and behind-the-scenes work that goes into preparing your ceremony. My prices range from $450 to $2,000 depending on what kind of marriage ceremony you would like and where you are getting married. I’d say most couples spend around $1,800 (or less) for their ceremony. You can find my ceremony packages here. Flick me a message and I can give you a better idea as to cost.
What can we expect from you as our celebrant?
You can count of having a new friend who genuinely cares about your marriage ceremony and wedding day. With me, you get a fun, warm and thoughtful celebrant who will take on board all your preferences and listen to your love story so that you have a ceremony that reflects you and your relationship. My ceremonies are personal, tastefully funny and serious in the right places. I’ll lead you through the marriage preparation and documents so you won’t have to stress about a single thing.
Will you help us to write our vows?
Absolutely. I’ll give you as many tips and tricks as I can, so that you feel happy and confident with your vows. Not only will I guide you through the process, but I’ll review your vows too. Most couples want to keep their vows a surprise for the day, so I can review both your vows to check they match in terms of tone and length. Trust me - you’re going to nail it.
Can you give us recommendations for other wedding vendors?
Yes! I have so many incredible vendors to suggest! I’m marrying my amazing fiancé in 2024 too, so you can trust me when I say I’ve done the research!
When did you become a celebrant?
After completing a year of training with the Celebrant Institute and mentorship under Leah Brady in Melbourne, I was registered as a celebrant in 2023. After a whole lot of work and practical training, I was ready to become a celebrant and couldn’t have felt more prepared or ready.
When did you conduct your first marriage ceremony?
I was thrilled to have my first ceremony locked in before I had even finished my celebrant course. I was extremely lucky to be registered as a celebrant with the Commonwealth government two days before my first marriage ceremony. It was incredibly stressful, but I’m pleased to say my ceremony was an absolute hit. I was told by my couple “everyone is talking about how amazing your ceremony was!”.
Why did you become a marriage celebrant?
Ooo I love this question. Check out my celebrant origin story here.
